Frequently asked questions..

What does 'digital paperwork pack mean'?

This means that my packs are sent to you as a digital file for you to download, save, open and print at home, rather than being physical paperwork that is sent through the post.

Why are digital packs better than paper ones?

Digital packs save a great deal of time and money!

  •  You receive your pack as soon as you pay for it, so there is no need to wait for delivery.

  • You do not need to pay me for the time it would take to print, package and send to you.

  • You do not have postage costs to pay.

  • You only need to pay once and you can use the pack over and over again, instead of having to order several copies of a paper pack.

  • Some packs. or part of packs, are sent as Word documents, enabling you to edit them to suit your setting, which is not something you could do with a paper pack.

  • You can print what you need, saving wastage and paper.

I still think I would like a paper pack posting out, is this something you could do?

No. For the reasons listed above, digital packs are the most cost effective way of selling my packs.  I just don't have the time or resources to create professional prints.

So how do you send your digital pack to me?

I pay my website provider a monthly fee to send out digital packs instantaneously, so you do not need to wait for me to do it.

I always recommend that you download all packs to your computer or laptop, so you can save them in a safe file and access them easily.  Phones and tablets don't always have the space or software to download or view the documents.

How do I pay for my purchase?

You can pay using a debit or credit card using Stripe by choosing the 'Checkout' button. You will also be asked to enter an email address for the confirmation of the order and the download link to be sent too.

All the information I include on my website is done so the best of my knowledge and ability and any government references etc. are correct at the time of publication. But I accidentally ordered two identical packs, can I get a refund?

In this situation, I maybe willing to give a refund for one of the identical packs.  Please get in touch to explain what's happened.  All my packs are available for you to download and keep on your computer, so that you pay once and print as many as you need.  This means that you only need to purchase one of each!

I have checked my emails and I've not received the one with the download link.

If this happens, there are few things you can do. Firstly, check your junk folder as sometimes they go in there.

The download link is in this email, so you may have just overlooked it.

You may accidentally deleted it, so please check your deleted items folder.

There maybe a typo in your email address.

If you used Paypal, are you still able to access the email account, as the download link is automatically sent to the Paypal email.

Did you complete your order at checkout?

If you're still having difficulties, please get in touch with the following information...

What files are the packs sent as?

The larger packs with more than one document are sent as Zip Files, which contain PDFs and/or Word Documents.

Smaller packs are sent as single Word Documents or PDFs.

Can I download the packs to my phone or tablet?

This depends on your device and whether or not they have the space and software to open Zip Files, PDFs or Word Documents.

If you have a modern smart phone or table, it's likely that you are are able to download the simpler packs that consist of one straightforward PDF, but this will depend on the capabilities of your device.

It's highly unlikely that your device will be able to download Zip files successfully and you are unlikely to be able to download Word Documents to your phone or tablet.

If you have an app like Pages on your iPhone or iPad, you maybe able to open the document, but the formatting may be wrong and it won't look right.

Taking all this into consideration, this is the reason I continue to recommend that you download your pack to you laptop or computer. This makes it much easier to save it to a safe file, from where you can access the pack whenever you like.

Can I edit the pack and add my own logo to it?

This will depend on the pack that you purchase. If a pack contains a Word document, then you are able to use Microsoft Word, to edit it yourself. This will allow you to make any necessary changes so that it's pertinent to your setting as well as being able to change the overall look and add your own logo if you wanted too.

If a pack contains a PDF document, then this is not an editable document and it is ready to print.  For example, documents such as posters or the Curriculum Guide are like this as there is no need to change them.

Can I share your pack with my friend so we can split the cost?

No. All my work is copyrighted and all my packs are only intended for use by the person who purchases them for use in their their own setting.  I obviously cannot see if you have shared the pack outside of your setting, but when you become a customer, I put my trust in you that you will support a small business and direct your friend to my website so that they can purchase their own copy of the pack.  Previously, some or my copyrighted work has been shared on social media and if it is evident that this has happened, I will take appropriate action to stop it being shared without my consent.

I don't have a printer, so how can I print the pack off?

Depending upon the pack you purchase and what you're using it for within your setting, you maybe able to view it on your computer or laptop instead of printing it off.

If it's a document that you need printing, then drop me a courtesy email and I will grant permission for the document to be forwarded to someone outside your setting, who will be able to print it for you.

If you are often finding yourself stuck without a printer, then I would recommend in investing in the best one you can afford. Personally, I use a HP printer with the HP Instant Ink Service and I think it's great. There's a range of packages to suit your budget, the ink is posted out to you and you can recycle your cartridges too and it can save a small fortune!

I've opened my pack on my device, but it doesn't look right. What can I do?

In the first instance, it's recommended you download your pack to a computer or laptop as a phone or tablet may not have the space or software to open or view the documents. If you've already used your download link on your phone or tablet, please get in touch with the following information and I can resend the link, so you can try again.

 - The pack purchased

 - The date it was purchased

 - Your full name

If you are still having difficulties, then check you are opening the document in its original form.  For example, don't try and open a PDF as a Word document as the formatting will be off and it will not be displayed properly.  â€‹
