Permissions Pack
 
This is a great set of forms to gather all the permissions you need from your parents/carers in regard to the care of their children and your use of photographs, videos and social media.  
 
It's recommended you send it out in your Welcome Pack so everything is in place before thier child's first session in your care.  Please note that you need to read the forms and edit them first to ensure they're pertinent to your setting and that you have covered everything you need for your business.  To help with this, the permssion forms are sent in a Zip File as editable Word documents, so you can save them to your computer and make the necessary changes.
 
This pack includes:
 
Activites Permission Form
 - This covers things like travelling in vehicles, application of sun cream, outings, medical treatment etc.
 
Photograph Permission Form
 - This covers things like taking photographs and videos and how they will be stored and used within your setting and on social media.  For example, asking for permission to feature photos on your Facebook page or to be included in other children's Learning Journeys.
 
Technical Stuff
This digital pack is a Zip File containing both PDFs and editable Word documents.
You receive a download link at checkout and a second one is also sent via email.
You get one opportunity to download the pack, so it’s recommended you open the link on your computer and download it there as not all phones or tables have the space or capability to open the documents.
Pay once and print as many as you need.
It is only to be used by the person purchasing for use within one setting and must not be shared - support a small business and buy your own copy please!
