All digital paperwork is supplied as downloadable files for personal use within your own childminding setting only. This includes use by you, your staff, assistants and the parents within your setting.

You agree that you will not distribute, share, forward, upload, gift or sell any downloaded materials to anyone outside your own setting.

If another childminder, practitioner or setting wishes to use the paperwork, please direct them to the website so they can purchase their own copy. This protects copyright, respects distribution rights and supports a small business.

Printed paperwork is produced through a professional UK printing partner, but I do not publish their name to protect our supply chain and prevent direct ordering. Paper quality, printing processes and sustainability information are based on the details available at the time of production and may change without notice. 

You are responsible for ensuring that any paperwork you use meets current regulatory requirements, including Ofsted expectations, local authority guidance and safeguarding standards.


Copyright, Plagiarism & Non‑Permitted Use

All paperwork, designs, layouts, wording and digital files are protected by copyright.

You agree that:

• You will not plagiarise, copy, recreate, redesign or re‑brand any part of the paperwork.
• You will not circulate the materials outside your own setting.
• You will not upload the paperwork to any website, blog, shared drive, or social‑media platform where it can be accessed by people outside your setting.
• You will not share policies or documents publicly on your website or social media.
• Policies packs and similar documents must be shared privately and directly with families within your setting only.
• You will not upload paperwork to Facebook groups, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, WhatsApp groups, Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other platform where others could download, copy or save it.
• You will not use the paperwork for commercial training, teaching or redistribution.

Childminding agencies, training companies, consultants, course providers, or any organisation that is not a childcare setting are not permitted to purchase or use the paperwork.  Permission is not granted for use in any business model that involves teaching, training, coaching or distributing paperwork to others.#

Child‑Related Information

i do not collect or store any information about children. Any information you enter into downloaded paperwork remains entirely on your own device. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and secure storage in line with UK GDPR and safeguarding legislation.

This website may link to my childminding paperwork Facebook page, Instagram page, and the Friendly Childminders' Facebook group.

The Friendly Childminders group is a separate community space personally run and moderated by me. Any information you share within these platforms is subject to Facebook’s or Instagram’s own privacy and data policies. We do not export or store social‑media data outside of those platforms.

I use trusted third‑party services for payment processing, website hosting and printing. These providers operate independently and have their own terms, policies and responsibilities. I cannot accept liability for their actions, service availability or data handling.
