Plain Beige Paper

Printed Paperwork Policy...

All printed paperwork available through this website is produced as high‑quality, professionally printed hard‑copy materials designed for childminders primarily, but also other early years settings.  These items are created to support organisation, record‑keeping and day‑to‑day practice within your organisation.

Printed products are not digital files and cannot be downloaded or edited. They are physical items that will be delivered directly to your door.

Production & Printing

Printed paperwork is created through a trusted UK printing partner. To protect our supply chain and prevent direct ordering, we do not publish the printer’s name.

Paper quality, finishes and printing processes are based on the information available at the time of production and may change without notice.

Colours may vary slightly from on‑screen previews due to printing processes and individual device displays.

Processing & Delivery Times

All printed paperwork is made to order.

Standard processing and delivery time is up to 10 working days from the date of purchase.

During busy periods, this may extend slightly, but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Delivery is handled by a professional courier or Royal Mail and items are sent via Royal Mail's 48 hour Tracked service. Once dispatched, delivery times are outside of my control.

Packaging and Postage Costs

All postage costs are added at checkout, and your packaging cost is already included in the retail price of each item. This means you’ll never be overcharged for packaging, and you won’t pay extra if you buy more than one product - I simply pack your items together whenever possible.

Large letter postal boxes (known as C4 PIP) are used as they are versatile and they are fully recyclable.  All my products fit within these boxes, which are designed to fit through a letterbox and that keeps costs down as well as reducing the possibility of them being left outside.

Please note, I do not use plastic in my outer packaging, so please bear that in mind if it's possible your parcel may be left outside.

Postage is calculated based on weight of your items (packaging weight is added here too), and Wix automatically applies the correct rate at checkout. If you order multiple items, they’ll be combined into one parcel to keep your postage cost as low as possible.

Royal Mail's  48 hour tracked service is used and here are the costs:

Large letter up to 1kg is £3.30 (35.3cm by 25cm by 2.5cm)

Small parcel up to 2kg is £4.45 (45cm by 35cm by 16cm)

If you ever have a question about postage or need help with an order, just get in touch.
