All paperwork, digital downloads and printed items are created with care, thoroughly researched, and correct to the best of my knowledge at the time of printing or publishing. Updates may occur as guidance changes.
 

2.  Payments & Third‑Party Processing
All payments made through this website are processed securely via PayPal and Stripe. These trusted third‑party providers handle your transaction independently from this website.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• Payments are completed through PayPal or Stripe, not directly through this website.
• These providers may require additional verification or security checks.
• Any issues relating to card authorisation, declined payments, account restrictions or identity checks must be resolved directly with PayPal or Stripe.
• This website does not store or have access to your full card details at any time.

3.  Purchasing Digital & Printed Products
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are delivered through Wix’s official download system:

• Each download link has one use
• Links expire after 30 days
• If your link expires or you accidentally download to the wrong device, you can contact me and I will happily resend your link

You are responsible for downloading files to a suitable device. Please read the Digital Downloads Policy before purchasing.

Printed Paperwork
Printed products are made to order to avoid carrying excess stock and to ensure each item is freshly produced.

This means:

• There is a 10 working day turnaround for production.
• I personally check each item for quality before it is packaged and dispatched.
• After the 10‑day production period, orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48‑hour Tracked for England, Wales and Scotland.
• Postage is calculated automatically at checkout through the Wix website.
• To avoid storing a large variety of packaging sizes, larger orders may be split into multiple parcels so each item can be packed safely using available materials.

4.  Copyright & Usage
All paperwork, designs, wording, layouts, digital files and printed materials are protected by copyright.

You agree that:

• You will not distribute, share, forward, upload, gift or sell any digital files outside your own setting
• You will not upload any paperwork to websites, blogs, shared drives or social media platforms accessible to others
• Policies and similar documents must be shared privately with families in your setting only
• You will not plagiarise, copy, recreate, redesign or re‑brand any part of the paperwork
• You will direct others to the website to purchase their own copies
• You will not use the paperwork for training, teaching, coaching or redistribution
• You will not purchase paperwork for use in a childminding agency, training company, consultancy or any business that is not a childcare setting

Failure to follow these terms breaches copyright and distribution rights.


5.  Child‑Related Information
I do not collect or store any child data.
Any child‑related information you enter into downloaded paperwork remains entirely on your own device.
You are responsible for secure storage and GDPR compliance.

• Usually open on phones, tablets and computers
• Not editable unless stated
 

Word Documents (.docx)
• Must be opened on a computer or laptop
• Require Microsoft Word or equivalent
• Formatting may change in Apple Pages or Google Docs
• Not recommended for phones
 

ZIP Folders
• Must be downloaded to a computer or laptop
• Must be unzipped before use
• Phones/tablets often cannot open ZIP files correctly

I cannot take responsibility for issues caused by unsupported devices, apps or incorrect downloading.


8.  Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are non‑refundable.
Printed products may be eligible for replacement if damaged or incorrect.
