1. Open Chrome settings
• Click the three dots in the top‑right corner
• Choose Settings


2. Go to Privacy & Security
• On the left‑hand menu, select Privacy and security


3. Open Cookies & Site Data
• Click Cookies and other site data


4. Choose how you want Chrome to handle cookies
You’ll see several options:

• Allow all cookies — full functionality
• Block third‑party cookies — a good balance of privacy and usability
• Block all cookies — strongest privacy but may break websites
• Clear cookies when you close Chrome — good for keeping things tidy
• Send a “Do Not Track” request — optional extra privacy signal


5. Manage cookies for specific websites
Scroll down to:

• Sites that can always use cookies
• Sites that can never use cookies
• Sites that clear cookies when you close Chrome

You can add or remove websites from these lists depending on your preferences.
 

6. Clear existing cookies
If you want to delete cookies already stored:

• Go to Privacy and security
• Click Clear browsing data
• Tick Cookies and other site data
• Choose a time range
• Click Clear data
